No, Not Courgettes Again...?
All over the country the cry is going up, and cooks are getting more inventive:
I don't have a new fangled spiraliser but you can do a lot with a plain potato peeler...

ooh! Your spaghetti is fab and the potato peeled courgettes - much safer than a mandolin slicer!
ReplyDeleteI purchased and used a mandolin once. After I took the top off my index finger I have never used it (the mandolin) again.
DeleteI have a spiral thingy which I can't get to work. I didn't buy it, it was a freebie.

DeleteI have a spirally thing....not impressed though....you get quite a lot of wastage with them. I won't have to worry about too many courgettes this year...they have been quite slow.
