It's been a while since posting and I have some catching up to do. Despite my infrequent posts I am still active gardening, walking... and baking:
|
Bagels |
|
Cinnamon Buns |
These are two favourites that have become part of my repertoire. Both are good for the freezer, if only they weren't so popular.
I'm going to be catching up with posts on the other fronts too.
They both look good. My husband has recently become a Sunday baker so I shall ask if bagels are a possibility and if he made cinnamon buns they certainly wouldn't reach the freezer here either.
ReplyDeleteSunday baker? I like that. (Funnily enough I have baked a batch of these both today.)
DeleteGlad to hear that you are keeping busy to use up the calories that your baking lays down.
ReplyDeleteYes my lifestyle has taken a turn for the better!
DeleteIts been a long while since I have been over Mal, part of the reason not much blogging and two, the real reason - I haven't been doing much growing since moving back to Wales :( So I hope you will forgive my lack of visits. Your bagels are fantastic. And I do love a cinnamon bun now and again for brekkie - i can see why they are popular!
ReplyDeleteHi Shaheen. Scotland's loss. I bet you are still in recovery after your vegan cafe exploits! Nice to catch up with old friends.
DeleteHello again! I've never had a cinnamon bun. I know! Perhaps this was just the inspiration I needed. Recipe?
ReplyDeleteI defer to Signe Johahnsen on this: See http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/PmDhh5SLl6s53GmQS1xl10/cinnamon-buns
